How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We evaluate refund requests case by case. Reach out within 7 days of a charge and we'll do our best to help.
Which file formats are supported?
BidCheck accepts PDF files. Most bid specifications and scopes of work are already in PDF format.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Uploaded documents are processed in memory to generate your report and are never stored. We do not use your documents to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Yes — our Unlimited plan is built for firms with high bid volume. If you have specific needs, reach out and we'll work something out.
