How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We evaluate refund requests case by case. Reach out within 7 days of a charge and we'll do our best to help.
Which file formats are supported?
BidCheck accepts PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text files. Most bid specifications and scopes of work are already in one of these formats.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Uploaded documents are processed to generate your report and stored securely. We do not use your documents to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
We're working on team features. If you need multi-seat access today, email us and we'll work something out.
