Why we built this
On any given job, a sub gets the scope, estimates it out, and submits. But specs are long, scope language is vague, and exclusions get missed. By the time you find out you didn't include TAB, controls, or site conditions — you've already signed. The GC won't eat the cost. You will.
The difference between a profitable job and a loss is often one or two scope items you didn't see at bid time. A scope gap you catch before you submit is a conversation. A scope gap you find after award is a change order you probably won't get paid for.
BidCheck gives mechanical, electrical, concrete, and other trade subs a fast, systematic way to check their bid against the project scope — surfacing gaps, exclusions, and ambiguities before they submit, not after.
The problem. The fix.
What bidding without BidCheck costs you — and what it looks like with it.
How it works
Built for your trade
Review logic tuned to what actually gets missed in Mechanical, Electrical, and Concrete scopes — not generic gap-finding.
TAB, controls, startup, rigging, refrigerant piping, smoke dampers, warranty
Gear, conduit runs, gear rooms, commissioning, testing, temporary power
Formwork, reinforcing, finishing, curing, control joints, testing
